[1996] Taylor 410-K Koa Limited Edition

DENDROLOGY

Beautiful, one-owner 1996 Taylor 410-K in great condition. EMG acoustic pickup installed and wired through the bottom strap button.

There’s a lot of really nice figuring in the Koa finish which I tried to show in the photos. This was a limited edition model when it was produced.

There’s not too much to say about it. It’s clean, plays beautifully, and sounds rich and full. Newly restrung with phosphor bronze 12s.

Minor scratches and crazing in the finish, all pictured. No major dings anywhere. Small amount of crazing on the neck. Someone more talented than I am willing to risk could probably easily sand this out with a fine grit, but I’ll leave that up to the next owner.

Taylor 410-K, original Taylor hardshell case, serial number card, a set of phosphor bronze 13s, original receipt, and original output jack which the owner says needed replacing some time back.
