Please keep in mind that these are mostly vintage instruments. Used guitars can have quirks and issues that can arise from shipping. We make every effort to ensure the guitar you are buying has been carefully inspected, cleaned inside and out, and that everything is functioning as expected.
If for some reason, you are unsatisfied, you may initiate a return.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day window to initiate a return. Returns can be refunded or exchanged for a different item. The options available will depend on available inventory.
Non-returnable items:
- Damaged or broken merchandise
- Items marked as Final Sale/No Returns

Final Sale / No Returns items
Items marked as Final Sale or No Returns cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to confirm we have received the item.
If you requested a refund, a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Returns are issued right away, but will appear on your account based on the policy set by your payment method.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first and we will make appropriate arrangements with you. Exchanges are dependent on inventory.
Depending on where you live, the time to receive your exchanged product may vary.
Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective on arrival.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your item, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning a more expensive item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
