Description

DENDROLOGY

2009 ‘Studecaster’ Warmoth Telecaster Partscaster in Daphne Blue. Parts list is below.

Daphne Blue Swamp Ash Warmoth Tele body – finish is believed to be poly as nearly all Warmoth necks and bodies are finished in poly unless otherwise stated.

Beautiful Birdseye Maple Warmoth neck with a lot of figuring and even some flame; mother of pearl dot markers, corian nut – neck profile is a D more than a C. Neck had clear satin applied and was rubbed with steel wool so it’s not sticky. It’s a nice finish.
Guitar is very close to mint. There is a small crack in the finish off the G string ferrule on back and some minor cracking in the finish around the electro socket jack. Otherwise, can’t find any other marks. Phot0s detailing cracks are oversaturated/contrast-y to make them more obvious. The cracks around the jack are nearly invisible in person.

Currently has low action with 10s, but has some scattered fret buzz. Probably should have an adjustment/setup with all the weather changes, etc. but will leave that to the next owner so you can set it up to your liking. Doesn’t really come through the amp so shouldn’t be a concern.

Just the guitar in this case.

I threw a crappy video up on YouTube…sorry the sound quality isn’t better. I need to get a new setup for doing sound with video.
